The Aquarian Family Festival posters listed more than 50 bands that were to play that weekend. Nearly every garage band, working band, and recording band around San José and the Bay Area was slated to play, including Throckmorton, Tree of Life, Loading Zone, Sweet Linda Divine, South Bay Experimental Flash, etc., etc., and etc. Plus, a few surprises, including Mitch Mitchell and Noel Redding (Jimi Hendrix Experience) and members of the Jefferson Airplane.
