A 360° view from the top of one of the most beautiful overlooks in Yosemite. This year we went to Yosemite in the Spring instead of the Fall, so we got the snow, warm days, and lots of roaring waterfalls. Sentinel Dome is a short hike of about 1 1/2 miles from the Glacier Point Road, which means a lot more people hike there. We arrived around 11:00 am and were the only people there until nearly 12 noon when huge groups of school kids and other hikers made their way to the top. Morning is the best time to go there.
